Money Channel in the Destiny Matrix: Four Points Explained

The destiny matrix has four money channel points. Together they show how you relate to money, where it comes from, and why it feels effortless for some and not for others.

The destiny matrix contains four points that together are called the money channel. They show how you relate to money, where it comes from, where it drains away, and why for some people it seems effortless while others struggle. This is not a horoscope of wealth and not a promise of millions. It is about the particular way money reaches you rather than someone else.

Below is a calm walk through the four points of the money channel: what each one governs, how to read yours by its arcana, what to do when the channel looks closed, and why opening it has nothing to do with affirmations and everything to do with finally not fighting your own nature.

What the money channel in the destiny matrix is

The money channel is four points responsible for different sides of your relationship with money. All four, like every point in the destiny matrix, are major arcana of the tarot, numbered 1 to 22. No point predicts income. Each one describes mechanics: what money actually travels through to reach you, where your resource sits, and where your task is.

The four points work as a set. One governs your basic, inherited attitude to money — what you absorbed from your family long before any personal choice. The second is your financial talent, what you can earn through by nature. The third is the level of abundance you are able to receive at all. The fourth is money through work — how earning and career are built.

Compactly:

Point What it governs
Money base Basic attitude to money, the financial inheritance of your family line
Money talent Financial talent, what your abilities can earn through
Money abundance The level of abundance available to you from birth
Money work Work as a source of money, career earnings

One clarification up front: the money channel does not guarantee the finances of your life. It is not about the number in your account. It is about the way money arrives and leaves. The same arcana in one person can sound like "a stable salary in employment for twenty years" and in another like "the inner ground she built her own practice on". The matrix shows the type of flow. What you do with it belongs to action, environment and choice.

The four points are not equal in weight. Money base works as background — it is always there, influencing quietly. Money talent and money work are active points; they respond to what you do. Money abundance is a ceiling, and it can be raised, though not in one jump — gradually, through a growing willingness to receive more. Read all four together and you get a dimensional picture: why money comes the way it does, and where your lever actually is.

If you are only beginning with the matrix as a whole, there is a full guide to the destiny matrix covering the core, the outer points and the seven-year age cycles. The money channel is part of the outer points, the part tied to material life.

How to read each point — arcana examples

What follows is one short reading for each of the four points. The aim is not to describe all 22 arcana in every position — that would be a book. The aim is to show the logic. The same arcana reads differently depending on which point of the money channel it occupies.

Money base — inheritance and family

Money base is what you absorbed about money before any conscious choice. How your family spoke about it. What counted as normal and what counted as shameful. The family line's attitude to having enough.

  • 4, the Emperor. Money arrives through order, discipline, long-term investment and stable structures. The inherited belief is that money comes from work, routine and a house you built yourself. Employment with a growth path, a business with clear processes, property — all of these sit well.
  • 13, Death. Money arrives through crisis and through empty-full cycles. The family story involves losses, resets, starting from nothing after a collapse. That is not a sentence, it is a plot. You recover where others give up. More on the 13th arcana in the destiny matrix.
  • 6, the Lovers. In your family, money moved through choice and partnership — often through spouses, alliances, shared ventures. Your base skill is knowing who you are in money with.

Money talent — what your abilities earn through

Money talent shows what you can specifically earn through with your own capacities. Not "what to do on a schedule", but "what you are naturally good at, and it can be sold".

  • 1, the Magician. The talent of turning an idea into money. You connect meanings, sell through language, present well. Product, marketing, consulting — anything where you are the voice and the face.
  • 3, the Empress. The talent of creating beauty and care. Money through creativity, aesthetics, warmth. Design, food, teaching children, anything to do with growth and tending. The Empress is not about selling yourself; it is about filling something up and offering it.
  • 9, the Hermit. The talent of depth. Money through expertise, mentoring, research. You become expensive when you have mastered something narrow — not when you try to be broad and fast.

Money abundance — your level of flow

Money abundance is how much financial flow you can pass through yourself at all. Not how much you will earn, but how much you can hold. Some arcana in this position receive large amounts calmly; others do not.

  • 10, the Wheel of Fortune. Abundance comes and goes in waves. Your task is not to attach to the peaks and not to panic in the troughs. Finances will be cyclical. A reserve for the low-water months changes everything.
  • 21, the World. The capacity to receive great abundance — if you give yourself permission. The World in money abundance is a rare setting. People with this position often carry an internal block — am I worthy of this? — and that block is the first thing to work with.
  • 5, the Hierophant. Abundance arrives through systems, institutions, recognised structures. Your level of money rises together with your professional standing. Not leaps, but steps.

Money work — work as a source

Money work is about how earning and career are built. Not vocation in the broad sense, but work specifically as a source of income.

  • 8, Strength. Work is about will and steady pressure. You can hold a negotiation long past the point where others would fold. Positions that need endurance suit you: leadership, complex sales, long projects.
  • 7, the Chariot. Work is about movement, initiative, travel, launching new directions. Stillness works badly. With the Chariot in money work, do not seat yourself in one office with one task for five years.
  • 2, the High Priestess. Work is about intuition, fine reading, hidden meaning. Psychology, expert consulting, analysis — anything requiring you to see between the lines. Hard selling and aggressive push do not suit you.

Note that the same arcana sounds different in money talent and in money work. The Magician in talent means "I can sell through language". The Magician in work means "my job is built around public communication". The first is a capacity, the second is a form of employment. Confusing the two points is a common beginner's mistake.

What to do when the money channel looks closed

A closed channel is not a diagnosis. It is the feeling that money is hard: it does not stay, work drains you, talent does not convert into income. The matrix usually shows where that feeling grows from. Three common situations.

A lesson arcana in money base

If your base holds arcana like 13 Death, 16 the Tower or 15 the Devil, you did not inherit a bad base — you inherited a heavy one. The family passed down difficult programmes: money is corrupting, money is a chain, money is what collapses overnight. Your task is not to rewrite your ancestors, but to see those programmes out loud and stop living inside them silently.

In practice: write down the phrases about money you heard as a child. "Money spoils people." "Poor but honest." "Nobody has that much unless something is wrong." Then look at which of them you repeat to yourself now. That is where thawing the base begins — not with meditation.

A heavy arcana in money work

If your work point holds 16 the Tower, 15 the Devil or 12 the Hanged Man, do not fight it. Look for the constructive expression of that energy. The Tower in work is not punishment; it is a call to keep rebuilding, not to stay in one role for ten years. The Devil in work is the ability to handle difficult resources — other people's money, expensive, heavy, high-stakes work.

People who suffer badly in their careers with these arcana are usually trying to live them "properly": sit still, endure, change nothing. The arcana will not tolerate that. It demands its own plot, not somebody else's.

A talent that feels absent

If it seems to you that you have no talent, you almost certainly do — you simply do not see it. Talent in money talent often hides inside skills that look unremarkable: listening, supporting, organising, explaining complicated things simply, gathering people around a subject. All of these turn into money once you learn to name and package what you do.

Look at your money talent arcana and ask: where in my ordinary life is this already happening for free? The answer usually arrives within five minutes. After that it is a question of packaging and price.

One more common trap is comparing your channel to somebody else's. You look at a friend with 4 the Emperor in money work, whose employment career runs exactly to plan, and you resent that yours, with 7 the Chariot, goes in bursts and switches. But her scheme would never have suited you, any more than yours would suit her. Working with the money channel starts with no longer trying on other people's plots.

Myths about money in the matrix

Money in the matrix has collected as many myths as any horoscope. Three of them are worth dismantling.

Myth one: "13 Death in my money points means I am doomed to be poor." No. The 13th in money points is a type of flow, not a verdict. Plenty of wealthy, successful people live with exactly this arcana in the money channel. What distinguishes them is not the absence of the 13th but the ability to move calmly through cycles of reset and begin again. Death in money is about releasing the old without clinging. For business that is sometimes the ideal setting.

Myth two: "The matrix will show me how much I will earn." It will not. The matrix is not about the amount but about the method. It shows what money will come through and at what cost. The same arcana in two people born on the same date produces different sums — because sums depend on market, environment, decisions and action, not on the arcana. The matrix is a map of the flow, not an income calculator.

Myth three: "Opening the money channel means meditating and repeating affirmations." No. Opening the channel means seeing your actual scheme and no longer fighting it. Understanding that the arcana in your money work is not a mistake but an instruction — and starting to live by it. Meditation and affirmations can support the process; they do not replace it. Working with money means working with reality, not with imagination.

How to work with your money channel

If you want to put this to practical use, four steps.

1. Look at your four arcana. Money base, money talent, money abundance, money work. Write them down on paper. Do not read the interpretations yet — just look at the numbers and the images.

2. Sort them into resource and task. Resources are the lighter arcana: 3 the Empress, 6 the Lovers, 10 the Wheel of Fortune, 17 the Star, 19 the Sun, 21 the World. Tasks are the heavy lessons: 13 Death, 15 the Devil, 16 the Tower, 18 the Moon. The rest sit in the middle and read by context.

3. Lean on the strong, accept the task. Build your earning out of the resource arcana, sell through them, rest in them. Do not ignore the task arcana and do not fear it — name it out loud and watch how it shows up. A task you can see works far more gently than a task you are hiding from.

4. Track it for three to six months. Keep short notes: how money arrived this month, where it drained, what worked, what did not. In six months you will see your money channel through your own life rather than through a book. And that knowledge will be yours.

How to see your own money channel

The matrix and all four points of the money channel are calculated from your birth date alone — no time or place needed. In Solarius the matrix is built automatically during onboarding, alongside your natal chart. You see your four money arcana straight away — money base, money talent, money abundance, money work — each explained, and together as one picture.

What comes after belongs to your life. The matrix will not decide where you work or who you share money with. But it will show you your real scheme, and it will give you back a great deal of energy you had been spending on trying to live inside someone else's.

If you want to go further, look at the arcana of the year for 2026 — it often adjusts how the money channel shows up in a given calendar year. Or visit the FAQ if questions remain about how all of this works.
